We are not separate from nature, we are nature, just as much as we are individuals. The more time we spend observing this fact, taking the time to see all that the world around us has to offer, and how much of us exists because of everything else. The more present we can feel, the more empathetic and understanding we can become, and the more we can get out of this beautiful life and earth that has been given to us.

To be honest I started painting animals because of allergies. I cant interact with dogs, cats or livestock without getting a reaction in person. But, through painting, I can observe their vibrant personalities, feel their soft fur, and learn so much from the animals that I care so deeply for.

HUMAN/NATURE: see the humanity in nature, see how we can learn as humans from nature, and cultivate a love and genuine care in wanting to keep nature thriving.
